Best before date is stamped on each bottle. Kombucha contains natural probiotics and self preserves. We give a three month shelf life for our kombucha, but the only change that occurs over time is that the kombucha gets fizzier and less sweet with time. It does not go bad and the best before date is by no means a "throw out" date.
