What do I do with my empty milk bottles?
Please place your empty, clean bottles in your porch box for pickup on the next delivery. Please remove the caps and recycle them. There will be a $2 deposit charge on each bottle not returned or is uncleanable or damaged.
It is very important to rinse your bottles with hot soapy water as soon as you empty them. They are dishwasher safe.
This will ensure that we can wash and reuse the bottles and put them back into circulation.

What if I am not home to receive my delivery?
If you're not home when the delivery comes, your driver will place your items in your porch box. Please remember to put a couple of ice packs in your box when the weather is warm.
Be sure to arrange for your items to be put in the fridge or freezer as soon as possible. Your milk could freeze if left all day or overnight when extremely cold.
We cannot be responsible for orders left too long in your porch box or cooler.
Keep in mind that milk is best stored in the back of the fridge where it is coldest.

Do I need to purchase a porch box?
We ask that you purchase a porch box from us.
It is a beautiful, decorative, insulated, galvanized metal box with a lid to protect your delivery from heat and cold.
The standard size and function of the porch box is also convenient for your driver.
If you would rather use a cooler that is fine as long as it is well insulated and large enough to hold your order.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver in the Kingston area only.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes! Orders placed must be a minimum of $15 (excluding delivery fees and taxes)
