With a little heat, these extraordinary frozen croissants become tender and buttery, with a lightly crisp and flaky crust. (Just the way a classic French croissant should be!) Our frozen croissant dough is layered delicately in our bakery, and frozen on the same day so that what comes out of the box is a fresh and flavorful frozen croissant ready to go.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Do not thaw before baking. Remove pastry from packaging.
Bake in 350°F (175°C) oven for 5 – 8 minutes.
Let rest 5 –10 minutes before eating.

Ingredients:

Unbleached wheat flour, butter (milk), water, sugar, yeast, skim milk powder, sunflower oil, salt, dried malt (barley malt syrup, caramel colour), wheat gluten.
