Tasting Notes

- Citra and other uniquely aromatic hops are used to create a fruity aroma and flavour.
- 32 IBU
- A blend of CaraRed malt with an infusion of fresh-pressed beet juice gives this beer its striking colour. The unique addition of special acidic malt adds a slight tart, fresh finish.
- The extraordinary red colour of this brew will captivate you even before tasting the mild grain sweetness.
- A full, thick head with citrus and tropical fruit aroma is accompanied by light floral, peach and grapefruit notes.
- Pairs well with Thai curries, Cajun cuisine and chilli. The citrus finish of this brew marries well with stronger cheeses like blue or sharp cheddars.
