Our original alcoholic cider (6.8% ABV), paying homage to the Heartwood maple forest and the food garden that contains our young orchard. Our blend of six apples (Northern Spy, Courtland, Red Prince, Ida Red, Jonagold and Golden Russet) is lightly touched with maple syrup from our farm.
