We make our hot dogs with 65% pork and 35% beef, so they’re bursting with flavour. They have no artificial additives or fillers — only organically grown meats with all-natural seasonings.
For the perfect hot dogs, we recommend boiling them for 3 — 5 minutes first. Then puncture them with just 3 or 4 small slits, before grilling them at medium-high heat. Turn frequently until they are evenly darkened all over, and serve on a lightly toasted potato bun.
